A patient on your caseload has an intracranial pressure (ICP) monitor. Which of the following activities would be most appropriate to perform for this patient?

  1. Isometric abdominal and lower extremity exercises
  2. AROM hip flexion to 120 degrees and extension to 10 degrees
  3. Practice performing Valsalva maneuvers to increase intra-abdominal stability
  4. Gentle ROM to tolerance for the lower extremities with hip flexion limited to 90° of flexion
