You are presenting an in-house in-service to the department’s support personnel about COVID-19. All the following are true statements about COVID-19, EXCEPT:
1.  The virus that causes COVID-19 is in a family of viruses called Coronaviridae
2. Most people who get COVID-19 have mild or moderate symptoms and can recover with supportive care
3. The prolonged use of medical masks, when properly worn, causes CO2 intoxication and/or oxygen deficiency
4. The COVID-19 virus can spread in hot and humid climates

The solution will be posted in a few days.
