Petechia Confirmed by Diascopy. Several red vascular markings are seen on the index fingertip. Diascopy discloses that the lesions do not blanch and are therefore extravasated blood.

Two photographs show petechia on the index fingertip confirmed by Diascopy, the lesions do not blanch on compression with a glass slide, indicating presence of extravasated blood.
