A 47-year-old African American man with no family history of prostate cancer presents for his annual visit. He has heard that prostate cancer is more common in African Americans and is curious about screening. He has no LUTS and is otherwise healthy. He takes no medications.

Questions:

1) What are the current USPSTF recommendations for prostate cancer screening?

2) Are there methods of improving the accuracy of PSA screening?
