Pustular psoriasis. Pustules with identical appearance may be seen in a deficiency of interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (DIRA), and this disorder may also cause lytic lesions in the bones. Treatment for this disorder is anakinra, a recombinant form of the human interleukin-1 receptor antagonist.
