Ocular misalignment in orbital Graves disease. This patient with orbital Graves disease demonstrates a marked vertical deviation and an esotropia—a common appearance due to the predilection of this disorder to cause restriction of the inferior and medial rectus muscles in both orbits asymmetrically. An exodeviation would be unlikely from orbital Graves disease. Note also the presence of eyelid retraction.
