Cluster headache. Ptosis of the right eye. The headache may begin as a burning sensation over the lateral aspect of the nose or as pressure behind the eye (Figure 6-12). The headache is associated with ipsilateral conjunctival injection, lacrimation, nasal stuffiness, or Horner syndrome (Figure 6-13). Other components of Horner syndrome (pupillary miosis and regional anhidrosis) may also occur.
