You are measuring a patient for a wheelchair. When measuring the back height, which method is the MOST accurate?

  1. Measure from the seat of the chair to the base of the axilla, and subtract 2 inches
  2. Measure from the seat of the chair to the acromion process and subtract 2 inches
  3. Measure from the seat of the chair to the base of the axilla and subtract 4 inches
  4. Measure from the seat of the chair to the acromion process and subtract 4 inches

The solution will be posted in a few days
