You perform lung auscultation on a six-year-old patient with a history of excess mucus and wheezing and who is slightly underweight. The x-ray reveals the patient has infiltration in the apical segments of the upper lobes. Which position should the patient be placed in for postural drainage administration?
1. Fowler’s position
2. Side-lying with the foot of the bed raised 16 degrees
3. Comfortably supine
4. Side-lying with the head of the bed raised 20 degrees

The solution will be posted in a few days.
