You are educating a patient on lifting techniques whose job requires him to regularly lift 35-pound boxes from a transport cart to an elevated conveyor belt. The patient can complete the activity; however,  he is unable to prevent hyperextension of the spine. The most appropriate action is:

1. Implement a pelvic stabilization program

2.. Design an abdominal strengthening program

3. Review proper body mechanics

4. Use an elevated platform when placing boxes on the belt

The solution will be posted in a few days
