Optic nerve coloboma. Note inferior border of optic nerve (arrow) is incomplete, larger, and ill-defined. Below the optic nerve is a large area of dysplastic retina overlying sclera with no intervening choroid surrounded by hyperpigmented area. This is a chorioretinal coloboma.
