Milia, Miliaria, and Pustular and Acneiform Disorders Diagnosis

What's your diagnosis?

Periorificial dermatitis. This condition is a chronic eruption of fine papules and pustules located on the skin around the mouth and nose and sometimes around the eyes. The condition may initially present with perinasal scaling, which then progresses to involve the perioral area.
